1. Using this site

We try to display our product and its colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders them exactly. Product descriptions and specifications may be updated without notice.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is running. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product.
Where an order is affected by an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel it and refund you in full, whether or not it has been confirmed.
3. Orders and billing
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch the goods. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete order and account information, including a valid payment method and a correct delivery address.
Payment is taken at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.
4. Shipping and returns
We sell and ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return rights, timeframes and the refund process are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Product use and personal care
The Veloura razor is a personal grooming device for external use on the body. Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Do not use it on broken, inflamed or infected skin.
Nothing on this site, including our guides and blog articles, is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, or if a reaction is painful, spreading or does not settle, consult a pharmacist or doctor. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any skin reaction or injury arising from use of the product contrary to its instructions.
6. Reviews and customer content
Reviews, photographs and videos published on this site are submitted by customers and reflect their individual experience. They are not a promise of any particular result. By sending us a review, photograph or video you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on our site and in our marketing, and you confirm you have the right to do so.
