We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum order value and no surcharge at checkout.
Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves us.
Delivery estimate
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, at no cost to you.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. It excludes the processing period above and can be extended by weather or carrier delays.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan. If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, contact us.
Wrong address, lost and undelivered parcels
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot refund orders lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building's mail room first, then contact us. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit we will replace it or refund you.
